I’m the Founder and President of Diversified Staffing Group, or DSG. At DSG, we focus on two main missions: connecting Companies with the right people, and coaching individuals to market their skills effectively. Before starting DSG, I held senior leadership roles at General Motors, Jabil Circuit, and ESYS Defense. In those roles, I was responsible for managing multi-billion-dollar business units, launching products, and leading global teams. Academically, I earned a Master’s Degree in Management from MIT, an MBA from Lindenwood University, and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where I was very fortunate to attend on a full-ride academic scholarship. Sports have always been a big part of who I am. I was a Wrestling State Champion, a Division I NCAA Wrestler, and an All-State Football Player on a State Championship Team. The discipline, grit, and “no excuses” mindset I developed through athletics are the same values I carry into business and coaching today. My passion is simple: I love helping companies thrive by making the right hires, and I love helping people unlock their potential to succeed.

Soy el Fundador y Presidente de Diversified Staffing Group (DSG). En DSG nos enfocamos en dos misiones principales: conectar a las empresas con las personas adecuadas y entrenar a los individuos para que promocionen sus habilidades de manera efectiva. Antes de fundar DSG, ocupé cargos de alta dirección en General Motors, Jabil Circuit y ESYS Defense. En esos puestos fui responsable de gestionar unidades de negocio multimillonarias, lanzar productos y liderar equipos globales. En el ámbito académico, obtuve una Maestría en Gestión en el MIT, un MBA en Lindenwood University y una Licenciatura en Ingeniería Eléctrica en la University of Missouri-Columbia, donde tuve la fortuna de estudiar con una beca académica completa. El deporte siempre ha sido una parte fundamental de mi vida. Fui Campeón Estatal de Lucha, luchador de la NCAA División I y jugador de fútbol americano All-State en un equipo campeón estatal. La disciplina, la perseverancia y la mentalidad de “sin excusas” que desarrollé en el deporte son los mismos valores que aplico hoy en los negocios y en el coaching. Mi pasión es sencilla: me encanta ayudar a las empresas a prosperar contratando al talento adecuado, y me encanta ayudar a las personas a desbloquear su potencial para alcanzar el éxito.
